Show or hide the list of recently used pictures on the File menu

1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the General tab.
   
   
2. Select or clear the Recently used file list check box.

   Note   When the Recently used file list check box is selected, you can enter the number of recently used pictures that appears on the File menu.
